Let’s Doula This!
✴ Birth Doula Services ✴
I approach birth doula work with my 3 E’s: evidence-based, empathetic support, and effective advocacy. I also draw on my personal qualities which include a background in yoga, a grounded presence, and a dash of whimsy. :) I have a great desire to bring love, joy, and healing to those I work with. ♡
“If I could go back and do my birth experience over, one thing I wouldn’t change was my choice of Paulina as my doula. The support and care they put into making my son’s birth a success is irreplaceable, and will be forever remembered and treasured by us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

What’s Sliding Scale?
Why Sliding Scale? Many practitioners in various fields have offered me the opportunity to pay as I am able to and to me, it feels like a radical act of love for the collective.
When placing yourself on the sliding scale for my birth doula services I ask that you use integrity. I do not ask for any proof. To those with access to resources, I invite you to pay at the higher end of the range to help support and sustain financially accessible doula work. For this role to be sustainable for me and to be able to support as many as I can, I need your help in balancing the high and low! If you find yourself in between tiers, please choose an amount that feels right for you. Thank you for your deep consideration.

What Doula Clients Are Saying:
“At first we weren’t sure if we’d still need our doula there for our planned cesearan birth but we were so glad to have them there for us! It was so nice to have a familiar face in the operating room and have someone be by our side from start to finish in the post op area. While my husband was with our daughter, Paulina was able to be there for me and keep me in the loop. They also took a picture of daughter that I was able to look at while I waited, for what felt like forever, to hold her. Their support was amazing and we feel so lucky to have had them there for us! My husband and I both would highly recommend Paulina as a Doula!”
